
Mugello Circuit is a famous motor racing circuit located in Tuscany, Italy. It opened in 1974 and is owned by Ferrari, which has often used the track for testing. The circuit is best known for hosting the Italian motorcycle Grand Prix and is one of the most popular tracks on the MotoGP calendar. Mugello is known for its long main straight, fast flowing corners, and dramatic elevation changes through the Tuscan hills. Famous sections include Arrabbiata 1 and 2, Casanova-Savelli, and the final corner, Bucine. Drivers and riders praise the circuit because it is fast, technical, and physically demanding. In 2020, Mugello also hosted its first Formula One race, the Tuscan Grand Prix. Today, it remains one of Italy’s most beautiful and exciting motorsport venues.
