Sadler’s Brewing Co. has partnered with seasoned Ginetta racer Declan Jones in a major sponsorship deal for the 2020 Ginetta GT4 SuperCup Championship.

Jones, 24, has been racing Ginetta throughout Europe for the past nine years and now he and his 2020 G55 GT4 SuperCup - number 69 – have been sworn in as honorary members of the Peaky Blinder Gang.

Fully wrapped with Sadler’s Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey branding, the flagship G55 GT4 SuperCup vehicle is set to drive Jones to victory, with the season beginning at Donington Park 28-29th March.

Jones also has access to a BMW M4 featuring Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey livery, which Sadler’s Brewing Co. upgraded to Jones’ specification for hospitality and branding purposes.

Chris Dew, Marketing Manager, Sadler’s Brewing Co. said: “Stepping into the fast lane with Decan Jones at the BTCC weekends provides an incredible platform to showcase Sadler’s Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey to a huge audience of over 40,000 trackside spectators and over a million at home viewers worldwide.

“Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey is an award-winning whiskey, and these winning credentials seem to fit perfectly with such a top performing racer. We’re looking forward to the season ahead and getting down to the tracks.”

A Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey-branded hospitality bus is also scheduled to be present on race days, allowing the Peaky Blinder range of spirits and craft beer to be enjoyed.

Declan Jones said: “I’m very happy to be working with Sadler’s Brewing Co. during the 2020 season. I come from a competitive family and this sponsorship has allowed me to approach the first race with the added confidence that comes from having the backing of such a notable, national brand.

“The long and the short of it is I race to win, and Sadler’s Brewing Co.’s investment has allowed me to prepare for the Season in the best way possible – I look forward to representing this excellent brand and their fantastic products.”
