All Contributions are subject to review and approval before being published to the Motorsport Database. All Contributions go through an approval process and are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any Contribution for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracy, irrelevance, or violation of these Terms. We are not responsible for monitoring all published Contributions on an ongoing basis and do not guarantee that inaccurate or inappropriate content will be identified or removed promptly.

Any Dispute not resolved through the informal resolution process described above shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts, including any objection based on forum non conveniens.
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, MOTORSPORT DATA, AND USER CONTRIBUTIONS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAFA Media LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
