Premier Profiles

It's not just all in the numbers anymore

The Premier Profiles is the latest addition to Driver Database and adds lot of extras to the standard driver profile pages.

There are at least thirteen reasons why a Premier Profile is better than the standard one:

Have top priority when it comes to getting your race data submissions or photos approved. Within two business days*
Get your press releases published within one business day**
Add your biography, with photos for each year (it's not just in numbers anymore!)
Get 50,000 displays of a 468x60 sized banner to the webpage of your choice
Show off your sponsors with logos, links and description text
Add your own YouTube clips to your profile
Share your latest tweets from Twitter
Link to your Facebook fan page
Syndicate your external blog
Make comments to every entry in the career details page
Show your own favourite web links
Let your fans know a bit more about yourself by answering the questions in the Q&A section
Get extra exposure on Driver Database (bold text in lists and searches and more frequently on the front page than standard profiles)

* When data or photos have been sent in using the correct format through the website tools the goal is to have them published within two business days. This is however not something than can be guaranteed as most of the websites functions relies on one person only and that person may be home sick or otherwise out of office some days of the year.

** Press releases sent in before 17:00 CET on a business day will be added on the same day, unless the webmaster is home sick or otherwise out of office (see * above).

How to upgrade to a Premier Profile

If you are a driver (or are managing a driver) that has a standard profile page at Driver Database getting that page upgraded to a Premier Profile is done in the following quick steps:

Log in to your Driver Database account (if you don't have one you will need to register)
Browse to the driver's standard profile page (use the search function)
Click the "Upgrade to a Premier Profile" link
Follow the easy and secure payment process and pay with your credit card or PayPal account
Voila! Your Premier Profile is now activated!

I’ve hunted down and fixed a lot of issues as I’ve come across them and I have now fixed an issue with the Premier Profiles where some entries sent into the Biography section
