Nathan Blok's biography

2011

At 17 years old became the youngest driver to win the Formula Tour 1600 Championship.

Took pole position by breaking the track record by 1.6 seconds at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal, becoming the youngest driver ever to break a track record at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.

Also was the youngest driver to win a race event at Trois Rivieres Grand Prix.

One of three finalist of the "Team Canada Scholarship".

2010

First full season racing Formula Ford finished 8th in Formula Tour 1600 Championship, achieving 5 top 10 finishes despite numerous mechanical problems in the first 3/4 of the season.

Switched from Mortimer Racing to Britain West Motorsports for the final 2 race weekends.

Also entered the Calabogie round of the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge finishing 1st place.

2009

The main focus this year was to transition from karting to Formula Ford.

Only participated in one race weekend, the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge race at Calabogie finishing 3rd place.
 

2008

Participated in the Grand Prix Karting Mirabel winning an opportunity to test a Formula Euro Series car.

Although being the youngest participant at only 14 years old, set the fastest lap of the test session.
