* When data or photos have been sent in using the correct format through the website tools the goal is to have them published within two business days. This is however not something than can be guaranteed as most of the websites functions relies on one person only and that person may be home sick or otherwise out of office some days of the year.

** Press releases sent in before 17:00 CET on a business day will be added on the same day, unless the webmaster is home sick or otherwise out of office (see * above).
