In its tenth season in the National Formula 3 championship, Team BRM clinched its fourth title in eight years at Symmons Plains raceway last weekend and continued a trend of the team winning the top Australian Open-wheel gong on alternate years. The team won their first title with James Manderson in 2002, with Karl Reindler clinching the team’s second title in 2004. In 2006 Brit Ben Clucas won the team its third titl... » Read moreJames Winslow crowned champion as Leanne Tander wins

In one of the most dramatic and unpredictable ... » Read moreShock race 1 pole for Radisich as Winslow extends points lead with Superprix top spot

Formula 3 Australia.
TanderSport driver Mathew Radisich – the young nephew of touring car ace Paul – was a shock pole position winner for race one of the final Kumho Tyres Australian Formula 3 Championship round this weekend at Symmons Plains. Championship leader James Winslow then scored pole position for the Country Club Tasmania F3 SuperPrix in a rain-affected session that had just ten minutes of dry running before a massive downpour ended everyone else’s pole hopes. Persistent rain for the hour before qualifying one left the track sodden and drying and ti... » Read moreNothing in it between Caratti, Winslow and Tander after practice
