The competitors of the Japan F3 Championship were gathered in Fuji last week-end for the penultimate round of the Championship. As always, they were competing jointly in this week end with the Formula Nippon. Friday featured 2 practice sessions of 40 minutes each, during which Alexandre worked with his engineer to find a good setup: “I am rather satisfied with the car on old tyres but we still have to solve issues with the new rubber. The Japanese F3 championship entered in the last third of the season last week end at Motegi, and the title is far from decided in the National class. After a month break, the japanese F3 was back on track at the mythic Suzuka circuit. This week-end’s races in Okayama marked the entry into the second half of the championship for the competitors of the Japanese Formula 3 Championship. Alexandre arrived the circuit eager to build on his success in Motegi. Okayama (hosted the pacific round of the F1 championship in 94 and 95) is the only track where Alex has a good previous knowledge this season: indeed, he tested for two days with ThreeBond racing after the 2006 season.
