On his 17th birthday, António Félix da Costa was at the Nürburgring, in Germany, where he participated in the double round of the Formula Renault Northern European Cup (NEC) and Eurocup. The Portuguese driver scored two more podium finishes and reduced the difference to the championship leader, Valtteri Bottas, to just 14 points.
