Carlo van Dam has today won the seventeenth round of the 2008 Japanese Formula 3 Championship at Sugo, a track he races on for the first time this weekend. Carlo, who has already clinched the Japanese Formula 3 title, scored his eighth win of the year in style: he started from pole position in his Toyota Team TOM’s Dallara, led from start to finish and set the fastest lap of the race.
