Prema's drivers impressed at Le Mans

Formula 3 Euro Series.
The penultimate round of the 2008 F.3 Euro Series took place this weekend on the French Le Mans Bugatti racetrack, showing all the potential of Prema Powerteam and its drivers. The best result was taken by Dani Clos on Saturday, when he drove his Dallara to the 2nd, catching a great podium finish. The Catalan driver also took valuable points by ending up in 6th on Race 1. Prema had the chance to shine since qualifying as Stefano Coletti put together an outstanding lap and swept a spot on front row. Th driver from Monaco compromised his day by s... » Read moreAn up-and-down weekend for Prema

Formula 3 Euro Series.
Prema Powerteam was hit by an alterating luck at Barcellona, suffering from an up-and-down weekend in the eight seasonal round of the Formula 3 Euro Series. The 6th place scored by Dani Clos in the first race of his home event were really appreciated by the team, as the Spaniard finally made his way back to the points zone, while the main disappointments came from the crashes that involved all the three cars. Renger Van Der Zande retained third place in standings despite being involved in a 10-car crash at the start of race 2, and having to rec... » Read morePrema Powerteam - F3 Euro Series Barcelona preview

Formula 3 Euro Series.
The Formula 3 Euro Series is ready to be back on-track at Barcelona, for the 8th round of the 2008 season. Prema Powerteam will have an additional motivation, since the event will be hosted on Dani Clos' home circuit: "I'm looking forward to my home event" Dani said. "After all, I have fond memories of last year's races at Barcelona. Despite having qualified only 18th I nearly made it to the podium, in the second race. And it goes without saying that I want to secure a similar result, this year. It's about time for me to again be involved in th... » Read moreHard luck for Prema at F3 Masters

F3 Masters.
Prema Powerteam had an extremely hard luck in the Formula 3 Masters held at Zolder on the last weekend. The Italian team put together some steady and shining performances in pre-qualifying and in qualifying, but scored the worst possible results in Sunday's single race. The Masters, an ultimate confrontation between the team and drivers entered in the F.3 Euro Series and in the British Series, had a positive start, as Prema took all its three cars into the top-5: Coletti ended up in second, followed by Van Der Zande, among odd-numbered cars, wh... » Read moreAn up-and-down weekend for Prema Powerteam

Formula 3 Euro Series.
After the successful weekend at Zandvoort, Prema Powerteam face an up-and-down weekend at the Nurburgring, despite an excellent qualification by Renger van der Zande in 7th place, and an overall top-15 performance by all the team's drivers. On Race 1, van der Zande and Coletti had positive performances: the Dutchman was among the few drivers to successfully complete some moves to the front, while the Monegasque took 9th, just missing the points zone. Dani Clos, who was starting in 11th, was forced to retire in the initial stages due to a contac... » Read more
