Hairuman extends lead with second win in Japan

Fariqe Hairuman took charge at the Autopolis International Racing Circuit with his third double win of the Asian Touring Car Series season. Hairuman widened the gap to10-points from second placed Masaki Kano. "It was a great race this weekend and I really enjoyed it. Winning two races in Japan is a good feeling. Hairuman claims pole in Autopolis

Fariqe Hairuman set the pace in the early part of the Asian Touring Car Series Qualifying session on a cold morning at the Autopolis International Racing Circuit in Japan today. The Malaysian will start on pole with Japanese driver Masaki Kano flanking him at the start. Kano did not seem to be satisfied with his time, came in to pit to do minor adjustments and went back out but he could not better his time of 2:07.750, leaving a gap of four seconds. Hairuman chalks up another pole to flag win

After a one year absence in Autopolis, the Asian Touring Car Series and Fariqe Hairuman got off to a good start with a winning performance in front of the 12,100 Japanese spectators today. The 24 year old led from pole to finish, but not without having a few tense moments being followed by his closest rival, Masaki Kano. Hairuman recovered from Sentul to win in Chengdu

An exciting opening paved way to a good clean race in the Asian Touring Car Series Round 6 at Chengdu Goldenport Circuit. Fariqe Hairuman started the race in seventh due to the reverse grid formation and he slowly picked his way through on the slippery wet track.
